It seems as though it has been forever since I have posted on here and I apologize for that.  Sometimes life just gets in the way and things fall to the way-side.  I am trying to make a goal for the new year of increasing my blog posts.

To start things off, I am going to have a huge sale on My Acrylix stamp set from Close To My Heart.  I have many stamps that were available only for a limited time so I stocked up on them.  Other stamp sets have been retired so you can't order them anymore.  I have cut the prices of the stamps in half! They are all brand new stamp sets, they have never been used!  If you don't live in my area,  (Vancouver, WA to Longview, WA), I will be adding a 5% shipping fee. There will be no Sales Tax added though.

This first stamp set is called Chairs To You this is a D sized stamp set.  It retailed for $18, it is brand new in package and I am selling for only $9.  I only have one of these available in my inventory and it is has been retired by Close To My Heart, so you can't order it.

If you would like to purchase this stamp set, please email me at and I will get back to you ASAP.

I will be posting more available stamp sets in coming days, but not tomorrow as I am going to visit my son and daughter-in-law and watch some football!

CTMH New Product Blog Hop

I have been so excited for the new Close To My Heart Autumn/Winter Idea Book to go live!  Today is the day and here is my very first project with one of the new paper packs that are featured in the Idea Book.  I truly believe that almost everyone can find at least one paper pack in this Idea Book that they will fall in love with, for me there are several!  I am finding myself drawn to the many new products that CTMH is now the Base and Bling to make your own jewelry.  I love the new "M" size stamps, they are perfect for quick cards to make for almost any occasion and they only cost $2.95!  Talk about budget friendly!
I am always amazed at how up-to-date Close To My Heart is with all the fashion trends.  Everywhere I went this summer there were nautical themes headlining the stores and we had them here at CTMH as well.  Now that it is fall, look at your copy of our new Idea Book.  Check out the patterns of our B&T papers, then go to Kohl's, Macy's, Target, Fred Meyer, or wherever you shop for clothing and see if you don't see those same patterns in the clothing.  I know they do because I have already seen them!
Below is a sneak peek at just a couple of the papers, (in one paper pack), that is available as of today! Follow along the blog hop to see more work from other consultants and get inspired by their work!

Step card made with CTMH new Laughing Lola paper pack (x7170B), MyAcrylix stamp Heartfelt Birthday Wish (M1033), White Daisy card stock (1385), and Black Exclusive Inks stamp pad.

This blog hop is open for members of the CTMH Blog Boosters. Please do not enter if you are not a member of the group.

It has been a SUPER long time since I put up a post on here!  Oh My Goodness, life has been so busy!  There are lots of cool projects that I have been working on for the past several months.  I am going to start catching up on the very latest project that I  created for a very good friend of mine.  My friend was celebrating her 60th birthday with a Mad Hatter tea party!  What great fun!  I had the supremely awesome pleasure to make her birthday cake for her.  I wanted it to be very special for her and of course, it had to match her theme!  Below is a picture of her Mad Hatter tea party cake!
And, here is a picture of Vicki and myself behind the creation. I am the one wearing the chef hat (Hats were required at this party!)
This project was so much fun (plus a lot of work)! But, Vicki is one of the most special women I have ever met in my lifetime and it brought me great joy to bring this special cake to a special lady.

Hope you like the pictures and the cake.  Stay tuned to more updates as I have a lot of catching up to do!

Blessings to you all!
Miss Mary
